According to the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences (NACCAS) 2003 Job Demand Survey, the number of salon professionals is up 24 percent. The number of new hires is up 37 percent.  

Is it for you?
According to both NACCAS and the United States Department of Labor, the salaries of salon professionals can average up to $30,000 to $50,000 per year, including tips.

The survey reveals that cosmetologists have dramatically increased their earning power today with zero unemployment due to the severe shortage of licensed salon professionals. The exciting news is that salon earning power keeps improving.
